고른 지역의 대기 요청을 희망 지역 · 입주 시기 · 기간 · 월세 예산 · 방 구조 요약으로 보고, 먼저 맡은 한 곳이 진행해요. 진행 중 요청은 50건까지 맡을 수 있어요.See waiting requests in the regions you choose, summarized by area, move-in date, lease length, monthly budget and room type. The first agency to take a request handles it, with up to 50 in progress at a time.
요청을 맡으면 학생의 이름과 휴대폰 번호가 보이고, 앱에서 바로 전화 · 문자로 연락해요. 학생에게는 사무소 정보와 대표자 휴대폰이 보여요.Once you take a request you see the student's name and phone number and can call or text from the app. The student sees your office details and your mobile number.
주소 검색으로 위치를 정하고 사진 · 관리비 · 옵션 · 유학생 조건을 입력하면 유학생 앱의 지도와 목록에 보여요. 게시는 1개월이고 만료 뒤 7일 안에 연장할 수 있어요.Set the address by search, add photos, fees, appliances and student conditions, and the listing appears on the student app's map and lists. Listings run for a month and can be renewed within 7 days after they expire.
가입하면 중개등록번호 · 상호 · 소재지와 중개사무소 등록증 사본을 받아 KOVIL이 확인한 뒤 승인해요. 사무소마다 대표자 계정 하나로 운영합니다.We check your registration number, office details and a copy of your registration certificate before approving. Each office has one account, held by its owner.
맡은 요청에서는 학생의 이름과 휴대폰 번호, 희망 지역 · 방 구조 · 옵션 · 입주 시기 · 월세 예산 같은 질문지 답을 한 화면에서 보고, 전화나 문자로 바로 연락해요.A request you take shows the student's name and mobile number with their questionnaire answers, such as preferred areas, room type, appliances, move-in date and monthly budget, on one screen with call and text buttons.

이메일 · 비밀번호, 사무소 상호 · 대표자 · 소재지 · 대표번호를 입력하고 휴대폰을 인증해요.Enter your email and password, office name, owner, address and main number, then verify your mobile phone.
중개사무소 등록증 사본을 올리면 KOVIL이 확인해 승인 결과를 알려 드려요. 승인 전에도 내 사무소 정보는 볼 수 있어요.Upload a copy of your registration certificate and we will notify you of the result. You can view your office details while you wait.
승인되면 요청 탭과 매물 탭이 열려요. 새 요청은 알림 없이 요청 탭에서 확인합니다.Once approved, the 요청 (Requests) and 매물 (Listings) tabs open. New requests are not pushed; check the Requests tab.
KOVIL은 매물 광고와 임대 요청을 이어 주는 서비스입니다. 중개는 중개사무소가 맡고, 임대차 계약은 앱 밖에서 임차인과 임대인 사이에 이뤄지며, 주식회사 코빌은 계약 당사자가 아닙니다. 매물 광고의 표시 · 광고 사항은 게시한 중개사무소가 관련 법령에 맞게 작성해야 합니다.KOVIL connects listings and rental requests. The agency handles the brokerage, the lease is signed outside the app between tenant and landlord, and KOVIL Inc. is not a party to it. Agencies are responsible for making their listing advertisements comply with applicable laws.
